Partnering with Shelby County, Tennessee

Published on February 7, 2024

Justice Innovation Lab is partnering with the Shelby County (Tennessee) District Attorney General’s Office (SCDAG), along with members of the Memphis community, to help improve outcomes in the criminal justice system. JIL trained 100 SCDAG prosecutors during a four-day workshop in November 2023, which explored data-informed decision making, systems thinking, and human-centered design.

This training workshop was conducted with assistance from Vera Institute of Justice, and supported by Arnold Ventures, Charles and Lynn Schusterman Family Philanthropies, Microsoft, and Stand Together Trust.
